<div>Peanut Butter Protein Bites</div>
<div>Ingredients:</div>
<div>2 cups of oatmeal</div>
<div>2 cups of brown puffed rice cereal</div>
<div>1/2 cup  ground flax seed</div>
<div>1 cup protein  powder</div>
<div>15 oz natural peanut butter</div>
<div>1/2 cup honey or agave</div>
<div>1/4 cup chia seeds</div>
<div>1/4 cup mini chocolate chips</div>

<div>Directions: Grind the two cups of oatmeal in a  blender or food processor so it turns into an oatmeal flour. Leave a  little bit of the oatmeal unground for texture.</div>
<div>In a  microwave save bowl combine the peanut butter and the honey and microwave it for 20  seconds. Add the rest of the ingredients to the peanut butter and honey mixture and  stir until well combined.<br />

<div>Oriental Grilled Chicken</div>
<div>Marinade ingredients:</div>
<div>2 tbsp. olive oil<br />
1/4 c. honey<br />
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar<br />
1/4 c.  low-sodium soy sauce (it is important to use low sodium here)<br />
1 clove garlic, minced (garlic powder can be used if needed)</div>
<div>2 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ginger powder</div>
<div>2 tbsp. finely chopped  fresh parsley or 1 tsp. parsley flakes<br />
1/2  tsp. freshly ground black pepper</div>
<div>4-6  chicken breasts, trimmed and pounded thin</div>
<p>This is one of the great fat burning recipes that can be prepared ahead of time, and cooked right before it&#8217;s time to eat, making it an easy meal for family dinner, a quick lunch, or even a fancy dinner party. Combine all above ingredients in a bowl, except for the chicken, and mix  well. Add chicken into mix and turn to coat all pieces. Place marinating chicken in a sealed container and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least two hours, can be longer if needed. A great easy way to do this is to put the marinate contents into a ziplock bag, and then place the chicken in the bag. This makes for less dishes, and easy clean up.</p>
<p>This chicken can be cooked on a barbecue grill, or in the oven if a grill isn&#8217;t available to you. Place the chicken on the grill and turn occasionally. If you are grilling on a barbecue chicken should take about 25 to thirty minutes to cook. If you are using your oven turn the oven up to about 400 and cook the chicken in a pan sprayed with cooking spray for about thirty minutes.</p>
<p>This delightful dish is one of many fat burning recipes that everyone in the family will enjoy. Double the batch and make some leftovers for the week. Dice the chicken to put on a salad, serve in a wrap or sandwich, or even simply reheat it. Easy and delicious.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the easiest <strong>fat burning recipes</strong> is chicken and vegetable stir fry. It is a great way to get some lean protein in as well as a few servings of vegetables. It is low in calories, and fat, and very filling.</p>
<p>Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (sliced into pieces)</p>
<p>For Marinade:</p>
<p>combine: 6 cloves of garlic (chopped)</p>
<p>1 tsp ginger</p>
<p>2 Tbsp chopped dried chili peppers (amount can be adjusted to desired heat)</p>
<p>6 Tbsp water</p>
<p>In a separate bowl combine:</p>
<p>2 Tbsp Corn Starch</p>
<p>1 cup hot water</p>
<p>1 chicken bullion cube</p>
<p>5 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce</p>
<p>Prepare vegetables:</p>
<p>1 cup mushrooms sliced</p>
<p>2 stalks of celery sliced</p>
<p>½ cup scallions</p>
<p>1 red bell pepper sliced</p>
<p>1 green bell pepper sliced</p>
<p>1 yellow bell pepper sliced</p>
<p>1 cup sliced carrots</p>
<p>1 cup snow peas</p>
<p>1 small can water chestnuts (rinsed and drained)</p>
<p>2 cups bean sprouts</p>
<p>1/2 cup roasted and salted cashews (These can be omitted if you aren&#8217;t wanting the additional calories, but adding nuts to your fat burning recipes ensures healthy fats and protein.)</p>
<p>Directions: This is one of the fat burning recipes that doesn&#8217;t require much work once the vegetables are prepared. You can even use frozen vegetables if necessary. Prepare the chicken breasts and combine with the marinade in a large bowl.<br />
Chop all of your vegetables and get them ready before you start to cook the chicken. Because it is in pieces it will cook quickly.  Prepare cornstarch, water, bullion cube, and soy sauce as well.<br />
Heat a large nonstick wok over medium-high heat, and then add the sliced chicken together with the marinade. Stir-fry until the chicken is browned.  Once the chicken is finished cooking add in the vegetables, and the broth solution.<br />
Don’t add the cashews until the very end to ensure a crunchy texture, and maintain their saltiness for flavor. Mix thoroughly and serve.</p>
<p>This is a great recipe to make double and save for next day leftovers. It is low in calories, high in fiber, protein, and flavor.</p>

This tasty spicy green chile chicken recipe will definitely be one of those. <span id="more-300"></span>This can be eaten alone, wrapped up in a whole wheat tortilla, or eaten over a bed of fresh chopped lettuce and black beans.</p>
<p>Spicy Green Chile Chicken</p>
<p>Cook time: 20 mins</p>
<p>Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, skin and bones removed, cut into pieces<br />
2 Tbsp olive oil<br />
1/4 cup of lime juice, or the juice of 2 fresh limes<br />
¼ tsp  oregano<br />
½ tsp black pepper<br />
¼ cup water<br />
10 or 12  tomatillos, husks removed and cut in half<br />
½   medium onion, cut in quarters<br />
2 garlic  gloves, chopped finely<br />
2 jalapenos, fresh<br />
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped<br />
¼  tsp salt<br />
¼ cup fat free  sour cream</p>
<div id="rP">Preparation: This is one of those fat burning recipes that you can prep before hand and throw on the grill when your guests arrive, so their is little pre-party prep work if you are serving it to a group, or to your family. Your chicken will have more flavor if you marinate it twenty-four hours in advance.</div>
<p>First make the marinade. Combine the olive oil, lime juice, oregano, and black pepper together in a bowl. Place chicken in a ziplock bag or tupperware. Cover with marinade. Put the chicken in the refrigerator for twenty-for hours. Make sure all of the pieces are fully covered.</p>
<p>To make the Green chile sauce; bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Place tomatillos and onions in a saucepan and boil, uncovered, for about 10  minutes or until tomatillos are tender. Fat burning recipes with a little heat or spice to them will get your metabolism going. If you desire you can add some heat to this portion of the recipe by adding a jalepenio or habinero pepper. Place cooked onion, tomatillos, and any water that remains  in a blender or food processor. Blend ingredients together until smooth. This sauce can also be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator until chicken is grilled.</p>
<p>Put chicken pieces on a pre-heated grill or in a large heated frying pan, (coated with cooking spray), and cook until chicken is done. This should take about 4 or 5 minutes. When finished serve over a bed of brown rice and coat with tomatillo sauce and a dollop of sour cream. This can also be served in a whole wheat tortilla.</p>
